BIO
Emily McPhee is an artist and educator who draws inspiration from her lifelong connection to the natural world. She holds a BFA from Emily Carr University and currently lives in Ontario, Canada.
Her paintings examine the notion of biophilia and the innate connection between humans and nature. She works primarily with watercolour, using the immediacy of the medium to explore the fleeting aspect of our world and the tenuous nature of human existence.
